Thirty minutes. We look at the process, the tools and the data, pick the one workflow with the most leverage, and tell you if AI isn’t the right tool.
You get a written scope and a fixed quote within two business days. Once you approve it and give access, we build inside your accounts and check in with you as it takes shape.
We switch it on, walk you through it, hand over the documentation, and stay on for the support period in your engagement: thirty days for a pilot, sixty for a build.

Three starting points, in US dollars: a one-week AI Audit at a fixed $2,500, pilots from $7,500, and builds from $25,000, plus an optional ongoing plan from $3,000 per month. “From” prices are starting points. After the call you get a written scope and a fixed quote, and nothing is billed before you approve it.
No. The audit is for teams that want to find and rank the opportunities first, and its $2,500 is credited in full against a pilot or build started within 30 days. If you already know the workflow, we go straight to a pilot, and we say so on the call.
The tools you already use, such as email, a CRM, spreadsheets, Slack, Notion, your database or your own API, and current models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, chosen for the job. Everything is set up in your accounts, so you are not tied to us or to a single provider.
An audit takes one week. Pilots usually run two to four weeks and builds four to eight, counted from scope sign-off. Those are targets: they depend on access to your tools and prompt answers to questions, and we don’t promise a date until the scope is agreed.
No. We do not guarantee hours saved, cost savings, revenue or any specific outcome. What we commit to is a clear scope, working software built to that scope, an honest handover, and telling you on the first call if AI isn’t the right tool for the problem.
You do. Everything is built inside your accounts, with your keys. You own the code and prompts, and the data stays in your tools and with the model provider you choose. We agree in writing which data a system may touch and keep no copies beyond the engagement.
You keep everything and can run it without us. If you want ongoing monitoring, improvements or new automations, the monthly plan is month to month with no long-term contract. Nothing renews automatically.
